Enrollment Commitment

Enrollment at Isle Acre Farms Farm School reserves a space for your child for the school year. Because class sizes are intentionally limited, staffing and program planning are based on enrolled students.

Enrollment Fees

All enrollment and registration fees are non-refundable.

This includes:

● Early Enrollment Fee ($250)

● Standard Enrollment Fee ($300)

Enrollment fees secure your child's place in the program and cover administrative and planning costs.

Withdrawal From the Program

Families who choose to withdraw from the program must provide written notice via email.

We request a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to withdrawal.

Tuition Responsibility

Tuition is charged based on enrollment, not attendance.

No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be provided for:

● Student absences

● Vacations

● Illness

● Family schedule changes

● Missed program days

● Voluntary withdrawal without proper notice

If a family withdraws during the school year, any outstanding tuition, volunteer buyout fees, or other balances remain due according to the enrollment agreement.

Program-Initiated Dismissal

Isle Acre Farms Farm School reserves the right to suspend or dismiss a student or family when continued participation is no longer in the best interest of the student, staff, or community.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

● Repeated unsafe behavior

● Bullying or harassment

● Repeated disruption of the learning environment

● Failure to follow program policies

● Non-payment of tuition or fees

● Hostile or inappropriate behavior from parents or guardians

Any tuition refunds resulting from a program-initiated dismissal will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Schedule Changes

Requests to change from a one-day program to a two-day program (or vice versa) may be accommodated based on availability.

Schedule changes are not guaranteed and must be approved by program leadership.

Weather & Emergency Closures

Because our program is nature-based and outdoors, occasional weather-related closures may occur.

No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be provided for closures resulting from:

● Severe weather

● Natural disasters

● Government orders

● Emergencies

● Circumstances beyond the school's control

Families will be notified as soon as possible regarding any closure.

School Closure

In the unlikely event that Isle Acre Farms Farm School permanently ceases operations during the school year, families may receive a prorated refund for prepaid tuition covering unused program days, less any non-refundable fees already incurred.
